Netto<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h3>Bereiding<\/h3>\n<div class=\"cooked-recipe-directions\">\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Stap 1\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Was de rabarber en snij in kleinere stukken, schil de gember en hak fijn. Pers de sinaasappel uit. Doe de rabarber, gember, suiker en sinaasappelsap in een kookpot met dikkere bodem. Laat een uurtje staan zodat het sap van de rabarber door de suiker vrij komt. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Stap 2\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Zet een klein, leeg bordje in de koelkast. Spoel de confituur potten en deksels uit in een pot met kokend water of in de steamer. Laat uitlekken\/afkoelen op een zuivere handdoek.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Stap 3\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Plaats op een hoog vuur en breng aan de kook, zodra het kookt lager zetten en roer de pectine er onder. Laat de rabarber gaar pruttelen, zorg wel dat het niet plat is gekookt.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Stap 4\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Doe een beetje op een bordje en plaats in de koeling, na <span class=\"cooked-timer\"><a data-timer-id=\"d031d1adddbf06e5325fbcef46e626aa_1\" data-seconds=\"0\" data-desc=\"2 minuten\"><i class=\"cooked-icon cooked-icon-clock\"><\/i> 2 minuten<\/a><\/span> checken of de confituur voldoende opstijft. Zo niet nog wat pectine onder de confituur roeren, opkoken en opnieuw testen.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Stap 5\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Doe de confituur in de bokalen tot op de rand en sluit goed af met deksel.
