de blaadjes juist onder staan, sluit af (etiketje met datum aanbrengen) en in de koeling plaatsen. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Stap 4\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Hak de dragon fijn.<br \/>\nBereid een lichte bechamelsaus (zie sauzen). <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Stap 5\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Houd warm aan de kant, voeg de gehakte dragon en kervel (te koop in  diepvries in blokjes) toe. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Stap 6\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Scheid de eidooiers van het eiwit, roer de dragonazijn onder de eidooiers. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Stap 7\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Klop deze luchtig (zoals sabayon) op een klein vuurtje (constant de pot op het vuur draaien zodat de eidooiermassa niet te warm wordt (als het te warm wordt klop je even verder naast het vuur), zo niet heb je een omelet of klonters). <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Stap 8\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Wanneer de strepen van de klopper even in de massa zichtbaar blijven dan is de eidooiermassa klaar. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Stap 9\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Roer onder de bechamelsaus en smaak af met pezo, houd warm (liefst au bain- marie).
