3\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Smeer de Catharinavormen (zie weetjes) in met boter, giet de suiker in de vorm en draai rond zodat de vorm volledig onder een laagje suiker uit.\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Stap 5\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Schil en snij de appels in 4 (verwijder het klokhuis), schik een eerste laag dicht op elkaar.\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Stap 6\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Doe er enkele klontjes boter op met een deel van de suiker, bestuif met weinig kaneel.\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Stap 7\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Schik hier bovenop een 2 de laag appels, verdeel de rest van de suiker en boter op de appels en plaats bovenop een bord.\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Stap 8\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Zet in de voorverwarmde oven op 175\u00b0C. gedurende <span class=\"cooked-timer\"><a data-timer-id=\"ad5a15a742fb4d2e82794e0d604e900a_1\" data-seconds=\"0\" data-desc=\"20 minuten\"><i class=\"cooked-icon cooked-icon-clock\"><\/i> 20 minuten<\/a><\/span>.\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Stap 9\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Plaats een lege bakvorm op het vel bladerdeeg en snij uit. \t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Stap 10\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Prik over de gehele plak bladerdeeg met een vork.\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Stap 11\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Uit de oven al het vocht uit de vormen gieten in een steelpannetje, plaats het vocht op het vuur en laat goudgeel karamelliseren (niet roeren met een lepel-ronddraaien met het steelpannetje).\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Stap 12\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Giet de karamel over de appels in de vorm en laat 10min. rusten.\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Stap 13\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Plaats bovenop de ronde bladerdeeg met de geprikte kant op de appels (binnen de vorm), .Maak met de punt van het mes een gaatje van 1 vm groot.\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Stap 14\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Plaats in de oven en bak <span class=\"cooked-timer\"><a data-timer-id=\"0c206df59771759a0552da9f710d67aa_2\" data-seconds=\"0\" data-desc=\"25 15\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Uit de oven laten afkoelen en met vorm in de koelkast plaatsen.\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Stap 16\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>De volgende dag de vorm op de pit van het vuur kort verhitten (of met brandertje) \u00a0tot je de taart in de vorm kan ronddraaien. Stort uit op een bord, versnijd in 8 gelijke stukken.
