data-step=\"Stap 2\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Maak de boter zacht en meng alle grondstoffen (behalve de rozijnen) onder elkaar, rol in plastiek folie en plaats even in de koelkast (deeg iets vaster).\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Stap 3\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Strooi bloem op de tafel en rol dun uit, hoog = 30 cm., breedte geen belang.\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Stap 4\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Klop de banketbakkersroom los en bestrijk het deeg (met paletmes) 2mm. dik, onderaan een strook van 2 cm. van links naar rechts vrij laten.\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Stap 5\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Bestrooi met rozijnen (naar wens\/kan ook zonder) en kaneel.\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Stap 6\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Bestrijk de strook onderaan met een los geklopt ei.\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Stap 7\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Rol voorzichtig op van boven naar beneden, snij nu de rol in schijven van 2cm.
