(ong. 2st.) eiwit stijf kloppen, 125gr. suiker met water nat maken en koken tot 121\u00b0C (= juist voor het karamelliseren).\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Stap 3\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>De klopper trager laten draaien en de hete suiker druppelsgewijs toevoegen.\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Stap 4\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Aan de kant plaatsen en even afdekken met een handdoek.\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Stap 5\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Slagroom met 50gr. suiker half opkloppen en in de koeling plaatsen.\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Stap 6\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Passievruchtensap, sinaasappelsap en passoa mengen.\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Stap 7\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Gelatine weken, uitknijpen en smelten (microgolf).\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Stap 8\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Onder de passoa mengeling roeren.\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Stap 9\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Italiaans schuim (200gr.) onder spatelen, vervolgens de slagroom.\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Stap 10\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>In glazen gieten met een schenkkan en in de koeling plaatsen (of even in de diepvries).\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Stap 11\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Afwerken met siroop van 0,5dl.
