Maak een kuiltje in het midden en doe hier in de eierdooiers. Giet nu in het kuiltje beetje bij beetje het bruine bier terwijl u met de klopper goed mengt (geen klontertjes). <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Stap 4\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Klop het eiwit met de suiker machinaal stevig op en spatel op het laatst onder het beslag.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Stap 5\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Dompel enkele appelschijven onder, haal ze er 1 voor 1 uit en strijk het teveel aan beslag aan de kant van de pot af, laat voorzichtig in de frituurolie glijden\/zakken.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Stap 6\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Rechtstreeks in de olie zonder mandjes, de beignets komen boven drijven. Bak beide zijden goudbruin (omdraaien: duw met een schuimspaan vooraan de beignet onder en ze draait vanzelf om).
