Dit zorgt ervoor dat het witloof mooi wit blijft voor een langere tijd. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Stap 6\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Schep over in een vergiet (gastronorm mand) en laat uitlekken, eventueel uitzwieren in een handdoek. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Stap 7\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Meng de mayonaise er onder en smaak af met pezo. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Stap 8\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Afwerken met gehakte peterselie.<br \/>\nMet appel: de appel schillen, klokhuis verwijderen en in kleine blokjes snijden. Toevoegen aan de witloofsalade (smakelijker voor kindjes).
