achter blijft in het spoelwater. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Stap 5\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Laten uitlekken in een ruim vergiet. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Stap 6\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Rode biet schillen en met de mandoline in wafeltjes snijden, vervolgens deze wafeltjes in zeer dunne julienne (reepjes) snijden. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Stap 7\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Meng alles voorzichtig onder elkaar en in een bak bedekt met vochtig papier (of zuivere handdoek) in de koeling
