class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Stap 2\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Zet de rundsboullie op in koud gezouten water en breng zo snel mogelijk aan de kook.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Stap 3\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Intussen de ui, wortel, preiblad en selderstengel reinigen en wassen.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Stap 4\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Zodra de bouillie heeft gekookt afspoelen onder koud stromend water en in een zuivere pot opnieuw opzetten met de ui, wortel, selderstengel, preiblad, laurier, tijm, peper van de molen en zout.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Stap 5\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Aan de kook brengen en dan gedurende 2 uur laten pruttelen.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Stap 6\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Nadien de kookpot in een spoelbak met koud water plaatsen om zo snel mogelijk te laten afkoelen.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Stap 7\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Afdekken en in de koeling plaatsen.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Stap 8\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Breng de soepgroenten, verse bouillon (eerst ontvetten met pollepel, passeren door puntzeef), groentebouillon Knorr, water en peper aan de kook.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Stap 9\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Intussen de bouillie opkuisen en in kleine blokjes snijden.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Stap 10\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Een kwartier voor afwerking de vermicelli onder de soep roeren en laat gaar pruttelen.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Stap 11\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Afsmaken met pezo, bouillie (of soepballetjes) toevoegen, even opkoken en verdelen.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Stap 12\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Je kunt de standaard groenten ook gedeeltelijk vervangen door andere seizoengroenten vb. raapjes, knolselder, bloemkool, erwten
