De champignons kort wassen en in vier snijden, het spek in blokjes van 0,5cm. versnijden.\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Stap 2\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Kippenbillen bakken, bruin kleuren in boter en in een ruime kookpot scheppen. In dezelfde pan en vetstof het spek bakken en in de pot scheppen, champignons bakken (kleuren) en uien toevoegen (licht kleuren). Blussen met de rode wijn en een kleine hoeveelheid water, even los koken en op de kip gieten.\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Stap 3\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Laurier, pezo, kippenbouillon toevoegen en verder aanvullen met water tot de kip juist niet volledig onder staat. Gaar pruttelen, kippenbillen uit nemen en het vet met een pollepel van de saus scheppen.
