Over de rug een snede maken en het zwarte darmkanaal verwijderen (niet pellen) of zo aankopen.\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Stap 2\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Gerookt spek ontzwoerden, kraakbeen verwijderen en in lardonds snijden.\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Stap 3\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Champignons wassen en in schijfjes snijden.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Stap 4\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>De tagliatelle beetgaar koken in licht gezouten water met een scheutje olie, afgieten en onmiddellijk afspoelen met koud water.\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Stap 5\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Bak het spek lichtjes en schep uit de pan, bak in dezelfde vetstof de champignons en schep uit.<br \/>\nDoe olijfolie in de pan en bak de scampi\u2019s kort.
